We are one of few izakayas in the city of Philadelphia. Whether you’re looking for a place to hold a serious meeting or just to hang out with friends, Yakitori Boy is the perfect choice!

We feature a dining area accommodating 20-75 guests, perfect for sit down dinner parties. Our karaoke lounge accommodating 25-200 guests, perfect for large events for eating, drinking, and singing karaoke! With customizable event packages and amenities, we are able to accommodate intimate gatherings and large parties alike.

What's an Izakaya?

Izakaya is a Japanese version of a pub, serving a variety of small dishes for snacking while drinking. Our Japanese inspired chefs are able to customize the perfect menu, all paired with wines and craft cocktails.

  • We classify private events as large groups looking to rent out the space without the general public having access to the venue. Minimums for private events start at $2,000, not including tax and an automatic 20% gratuity.
  • If this does not fit your budget, we have several options available that are semi-private.
  • Please CLICK HERE to fill out our Karaoke Inquiry – Lounge Table for those requests. If you wish to rent out our venue on a Friday and Saturday night, please be advised our minimums significantly increase.

We can accommodate any and all celebrations – from birthday parties, cocktail receptions, corporate and alumni events, holiday parties and more. Our Events Team and Coordinator will work with you to make your event memorable and the talk of the city! 21+ ONLY.

Yes. We highly encourage in-person meetings for you to view our venue as well as discuss further accommodations we are able to provide. Please fill out the Meet with our Events Coordinator form with your interest and availability and we will schedule the best time for you to visit our facilities.

Yes. You may bring cakes and decorations, we ask that you do your decorating within your contracted event hours. We do not allow nails on the walls. **No confetti/confetti balloons permitted.

There is no fee if you were to cancel your event, however, the required $500 deposit is NOT refundable.

Yes. For outsourcing entertainment, we would require a contract with any vendors or independent contractors with an additional fee.
